COVID-19 GUIDELINES
MEMBERSHIP CONTRACTS:
PHYSICAL CHANGES TO FACILITY:
- All transactions will be handled on-line via WODIFY.
- Additionally, we ask that you communicate any questions, concerns, or inquiries via email to: info@yetimma.com (YSWC, USG, GCBA) or jana@shaolinbjj.com (VSBJJA).
PHYSICAL CHANGES TO FACILITY:
- We have replaced key existing windows within the YSWC, GCBA,and BJJ rooms with operational windows which will allow for enhanced and better ventilation.
- The USG and GCBA rooms will operate with their exterior doors open.
- We have installed in each program room air purifiers that include HEPA H13 filters that remove 99.9% or particles down to 0.1 microns.
- Athletes are required to pre-register for selected classes. This is all done via WODIFY. We are limiting the number of participants in each class. If you need to cancel, please make sure to do so in advance.
- We ask members to please help us keep sound and safe procedures, and do not come to class if you or anyone in your residence has been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case (i.e. school, work, family, social event).
- We are asking that you adhere to a 14-day quarantine schedule before returning.
- Your membership will be placed on a “medical hold” and you will be credited for days lost added to the expiration date of your contract.
- Please follow the directions of your healthcare professional regarding quarantining and return to activities.
- All athletes are required to bring a large towel, a water bottle, and a face mask.
- All athletes are required to bring a Ziploc bag with their name on it to safely store their mask.
- A face mask is required to enter the gym, in any common area, and to use bathrooms.
- All athletes/members/coaches/staff are screened before entering YETI MMA. This includes having your temperature taken via an infrared touchless thermometer.
- All non-coaching staff are required to wear a face mask.
- YETI MMA utilizes an Electric ULV Sprayer/Fogger machine with the appropriate disinfectant. We disinfecting multiple times per day and especially before and after each session.
- Only athletes will be allowed into the building. The building will be closed to all non-members.
- Facial coverings are required in common areas within the building at all times.
- We will be limiting access to locker rooms to avoid overcrowding and to make sure we encourage proper social distancing.
- Showers are available for use.
- Facial coverings will be mandatory in all locker rooms.
- We are asking parents/guardians whenever feasible to drop-off and then return to pick-up.
- We ask that you arrive at your designated / schedule training time. There is no waiting area, inside or out.
- We are utilizing our rear parking lot for program activity, so parking is reduced.
- Please park in the front or side of the building.
